These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the New Beijing 大食汇 website and ordering services. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. 订单条款 Orders & Cancellations

Placing an Order

All orders placed through our website constitute a legally binding offer to purchase. An order is only confirmed when you receive a confirmation email or verbal confirmation from the Restaurant. The Restaurant reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion.

Cancellation & Refunds 取消与退款

⚠️ Due to the perishable nature of food products, cancellations must be made within 5 minutes of placing your order by calling 020 7093 3888. After this period, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded unless the food is found to be unsafe or incorrectly prepared.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 5–10 working days to the original payment method. The Restaurant's decision on refund eligibility is final.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel does not apply to food and perishable goods once preparation has commenced.

Collection Orders 自取订单

  • Collection orders must be collected within 30 minutes of the confirmed ready time.
  • Uncollected orders will not be eligible for refund after 30 minutes.
  • The Restaurant is not liable for food quality deterioration due to late collection.
  • Collection is only available during opening hours.

Pricing 价格

All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. The Restaurant reserves the right to change menu prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of ordering.

2. 过敏原信息 Allergen Information

⚠️ Our kitchen handles all 14 major allergens including gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, peanuts, soya, milk, nuts, celery, mustard, sesame, sulphur dioxide, lupin and molluscs. Cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed to be absent.

If you have a food allergy or intolerance, you must inform us before placing your order by calling 020 7093 3888. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your requirements, but we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

The Restaurant shall not be held liable for any allergic reaction resulting from failure to disclose allergen information at the time of ordering.

This policy is in compliance with EU Food Information for Consumers Regulation (No. 1169/2011) as retained in UK law.

  • To process and fulfil your orders and reservations

  • To comply with legal obligations
  • With your consent, to send promotional communications

Data Retention & Rights

We retain order data for a maximum of 7 years in compliance with HMRC requirements. You have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data under the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@dashihui.uk.

No payment card data is stored on our servers. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

4. 责任限制 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable UK law, the Restaurant's total liability to you in connection with any order or use of our services shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

The Restaurant shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, consequential, special or incidental loss or damage
  • Loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings
  • Any delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to severe weather, power outages, supplier issues, or government restrictions
  • Any loss arising from your failure to provide accurate allergen or dietary information
  • Food quality issues arising from improper storage or handling after collection

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

5. 知识产权 Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, menu designs and branding, is the exclusive property of New Beijing Chinese Restaurant and is protected by UK and international copyright law.

Only the Restaurant has the right to interpret, modify or reproduce menu categories, items, descriptions and pricing. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited.

The Restaurant's name, logo (including the panda mascot) and trading style are protected trademarks. Use without prior written consent is not permitted.

6. 网站使用 Website Use & Cookies

Acceptable Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not use the site in any way that causes damage, disruption or impairment to the website or its availability.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to operate the shopping cart and order functionality. By using this website, you consent to the use of these essential cookies. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect the functionality of the ordering system.

7. 订座条款 Reservations

  • Reservations are subject to availability and are not confirmed until acknowledged by the Restaurant.
  • Please arrive within 15 minutes of your reservation time. Tables held for a maximum of 15 minutes.
  • The Restaurant reserves the right to refuse entry or service at its discretion.
  • For groups of 8 or more, please call us directly on 020 7093 3888.
  • The Restaurant is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from cancelled or modified reservations due to circumstances beyond our control.

8. 适用法律 Governing Law & Disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We are committed to resolving complaints fairly and promptly. If you have a complaint, please contact us at info@dashihui.uk or call 020 7093 3888. We aim to respond within 5 working days.

If we are unable to resolve a dispute, you may be entitled to use an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme. For consumer disputes, you may also contact Citizens Advice or Trading Standards.

9. 条款变更 Changes to These Terms

The Restaurant reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
