Freshly prepared food is perishable and preparation may begin quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, please call 020 7093 3888 immediately. We will try to help where preparation has not started or where the change is still practical.
Refunds or replacements may be considered where food is unavailable, incorrect, materially different from what was ordered, unsafe, or where we agree that a service issue justifies it. We may ask for the order reference, photos, packaging, receipt, or other reasonable details so we can investigate. Refund timing may depend on the payment provider.
