New Beijing 大食汇 is looking for a Marketing Specialist Partner who can help the restaurant strengthen its position in the local Chinese food catering market and build a clearer, more effective connection with customers. This opportunity is suited to someone who already understands how Chinese restaurants operate in a busy local environment, especially where customers come from a mix of nearby residents, office workers, students, families, delivery users, social media followers and loyal dine-in guests. The ideal partner should understand both online and offline customer bases, including how people discover restaurants, compare dishes, respond to promotions, choose between collection and delivery, and decide whether to return. We are not looking for generic advertising only. We are looking for practical marketing insight that can be turned into better day-to-day decisions.

A strong partner would be able to review the current customer journey, from website browsing and menu presentation to social media visibility, local search presence, in-store messaging, seasonal offers and community engagement. They should be comfortable identifying what makes the restaurant distinctive, such as Sichuan flavours, malatang, mala xiang guo, Chinese-language customer communication, bilingual service and an authentic food culture that appeals to both Chinese and non-Chinese customers. The role may include advising on brand positioning, improving promotional planning, supporting campaign ideas, helping shape photography or short-form content direction, suggesting partnerships with local groups, and finding ways to make regular customers feel more connected to the restaurant.

We value a partner who understands local customer behaviour rather than relying only on broad marketing theory.
